Bounties, blessings, etc. zone with you
Self-explanatory. Every time you zone into a new explorable area, your blessing or any effects on you (like enchantments) don't stay, yet death penalty does. So I think if one stays, they all should. Or get rid of them all.
The same goes for kill count while farming in GWEN in dungeons. Each level resets the counter, and I don't think it should (though I guess it doesn't really matter in the end, since it does the same thing anyway, but you do lose your hunt rank buffs and such if you go to a different level).

leave area, kill a group, go to second dungeon level, kill group, go to first level of the dungeon kill group again....ftw.

As long as its removed when you enter towns.
Cause I hate it when I get the +3 thing after all the enemies are dead.
